Mentorship Leadership Program

Main Goals:
1.) Build authentic communication, community, transparency, and partnerships. Providing a space for
community members who are most impacted by the juvenile justice system and generational curses
and work with those most impacted by the systems of life. We are here to foster relationships that
may have tension and division in the community. We will invite the community to come together
to bring unity into the community. Addressing the basic needs, perspectives, and lack of support
from the community.
2.) We will increase the capacity of the community and support our community. Building true
relationships assisting people with overcoming obstacles and challenges. It’s all about reclaiming
your voice or finding your voice, power, and Why!
